Did you transfer your domain to Route53 using the steps in the document below?
In that case, I think the NS records from AWS will be displayed.

Additionally, if there are domain-related issues, you may be able to open a case with AWS Support under "Account and Billing".

You will need to update your glue records in your domain hosted in route 53 to point to your DNS zone I assume you’ve created in route 53 also.
