Hi,
The issue is probably not on AWS Route 53 side but on the side of your current registry for .team DNS.
As per https://help.opensrs.com/hc/en-us/articles/218557198-Registry-premium-domains-guide (the full page is worth a read!)
Registry premium domain names are unique names for purchase at a non-standard price
set by the registry. Registry premium domains may have a premium transfer or renewal
price, in addition to a premium purchase price. Some have renewal rates higher than the
standard version of the TLD; on others, the renewal price may change regularly.
So, you should inquire the current registry to see if there is a specific fee for you y2.team (this name was probably declared Premium because it is short and easy to memorize)
Best,
Didier

I searched for "gandi.net" and it seems to be registered as a premium domain. https://shop.gandi.net/en/domain/suggest?search=y2.team&country=JP¤cy=JPY&taxes=yes
