Expected turnaround when requesting EC2 Port 25 restrictions to be lifted?

When using https://aws.amazon.com/forms/ec2-email-limit-rdns-request, what is the expected time to receive a response from Amazon? I submitted a request last Friday, and again yesterday. Mail forwarding on our EC2 server is not functioning until the restrictions on port 25 are lifted.

I provided what I thought was a valid business case (mail server is used for non-profit organization that I volunteer with).

Amazon, if you're reading along, please help!

I'm unsure of the turnaround time but have you considered the alternatives? Rather than managing a mail server, AWS does have WorkMail that might fit your use case.
