AWS Elastic Beanstalk platform branches cannot be upgraded/greyed out

Hi,

We are current;y runnings AWS Elastic Beanstalk Tomcat 8.5 with Corretto 11 on Amazon Linux 2 which has been retired and the Platform Branch dropdown is greyed out when I try to update it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, where do you find the platform-arn for update-environment so I can use the CLi to update.

Hello,

In this case you can try updating via the AWS or EB CLI, or use the clone/rebuild options within the console - see EB platform support policy. You can also consider using blue/green deployments.
