Consolidated invoicing and payment for Government institution

I am writing for a Government-funded academic institution in India that needs 25 TB of AWS storage and for which linking a credit card is not allowed. I want an invoice for advance payment and pay annually through institutional cheque or bank transfer. I need to talk to an AWS Sales representative to understand the mode of payment and invoicing pattern for such institutional users.

If you don't have an AWS Account Manager assigned, you can open a Billing support case using the root user account from your management payer account asking to switch from Credit Card to Invoice. Billing team will be able to provide more details.
