Same situation as you. It charges by hourly, I have delete all related resource to Q but it continue to charge me a lot, last check is about 20$ but after check again it rise to more than 100$.
To resolve, you should submit a support ticket to AWS support team 👉https://support.console.aws.amazon.com/support/home?region=us-east-1#/

UPDATE: You should support a support ticket, reason is your account have been reach the limit of free tier for Amazon Q
