Production Access

Hi everyone.

Sorry in advance if my question is silly. I made a request to move out of the sandbox and gain production access. The service says that you get an initial response within 24h for these kind of requests, but 3-4 days have already passed and i haven't gotten any response so far.

Can you please advise me on how to proceed? I cant find any place where i can contact the service directly.
