I was charge some amount of money

Hi why I am getting bill and you withdrawing some money from my account. I have gave up using my account long time ago and I thought my account is not active any more. Could you please deactivate this account so that you don't charge me again... can I request refund aswell..thank you.

You need to suspend your account yourself to terminate billing. To do so - please follow the process documented here: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/accounts/latest/reference/manage-acct-closing.html. Suspending an account immediately stops billing, but you are still responsible for any outstanding charges at that point.

If you need to ask for any refund concession, please open a case with the Account and Billing team in support center here: https://console.aws.amazon.com/support

Note you need to first open the case, as when you suspend the account you will immediately lose access to the account.
