How can I test 'StatusCheckFailed_System', 'StatusCheckFailed_Instance' in Grafana Cloudwatch Alert?

It seems to return 0 if there is no problem in the two metrics 'StatusCheckFailed_System' and 'StatusCheckFailed_Instance' in cloudwatch. I want to check the Alert function in Grafana by returning 1 for testing purposes Is there any way to return 1 from both metrics, and after testing, I want to normalize it by returning 0 again, I'm curious about this method too
