AWS Health Lake

Question

I was trying to go to documentation for Health Lake this is what I get:
Bad Request Your browser sent a request that the server could not understand. size of request header field excess server limit.
I just trying to follow the links given on the Health Lake Page.
Also I can't seem to export to a s3 storage --- Also there are no tags Health Lake
