Amazon polly licensing for music and performance.

Question

I know I can use Amazon Polly for commercial use, but can I use an amazon polly voice recording, modify it in various ways and use it in my music and performance?
if an Amazon Polly voice raps or sings in my song, or if I base a character around it, do I get to keep the royalties for its performance? do I need a special license to do that?
