Lightsail Bitnami Instance Providing Access to other user

Hello,

I have Lightsail Bitnami Instance. Currently, I am able to access my instance via SSH or SFTP using a key file. However, the company that will be installing the module has requested access via FTP with a password. As I do not wish to share my key file, I am wondering if there is a way to provide temporary access to the file system via SFTP or FTP using a username and password.

I was hoping you guys could provide guidance on how to achieve this. Ideally, I would like to create a temporary username and password for the company to use, and then disable this option once their work is complete.
