Amazon USA-WEST not accepting traffic from my ISP

as the title says:

• I operate AS328964 for our corporate
• since 15:16 GMT+2 2023-05-05 amazon in USA-WEST has stopped accepting traffic from my ipv4 prefix
• ipv6 prefix is being accepted
• traffic is delivered through my upstream provider
• all other regions and zones are accepting my prefix
• all my prefixes are RPKI signed

What I have tried:

• email sent to amazon peering team to resolve (no feedback)
• upstream has opened a ticket to resolve (with no success)
• AWS support twitter account directed me here :/
