MediaConvert - Arabic DVB Subtitle not rendering properly

Hello. I am using MediaConvert to create MPEGTS Streams that contain English, Arabic, and Chinese DVB Subtitles. My English and Chinese Subtitles render properly, but my Arabic only shows boxes as opposed to the actual characters

I have tried sourcing from both a VTT and IMSC Subtitle, but both yield the same results. I have my "Language" on the output DVB also set for "Arabic". Lastly, I have tried multiple combinations of setting the "Font Script" and "Fallback Font"

Nothing I do will render out Arabic Characters though. I am not sure what other settings I can tweak - or if this is a bug.
