Hello.

If you would like to dispute your AWS bill, please contact AWS Support by opening a case under "Account and billing".
Inquiries under "Account and billing" can be made free of charge.

For questions about your AWS bills or to appeal your charges, contact AWS Support to address your inquiries immediately. To get help, see Getting help with AWS Billing. To understand your bills page contents, see Using the Bills page to understand your monthly charges and invoice.

Even if your AWS account has a free tier, you will be charged if you use it outside of the free tier.
Therefore, you need to check your bill to see which AWS services you are being charged for, and if they are no longer needed, you need to take measures such as deleting them.

The free tier is described in the document below.
