According to https://learn.credly.com/blog/how-to-manage-share-your-digital-credentials an email from admin@yourclaim.com would have been delivered to your work address with details of your badge. And an account would have been created with your work address
If this is your first digital credential through Credly's Acclaim Platform, you'll be guided through the necessary steps to create an account.
Then add your personal address to the new account for your work address https://support.credly.com/hc/en-us/articles/360021220951-Can-I-add-multiple-emails-to-my-account
The AWS re:Post community doesn't have visibility of anything within your AWS Training and Certification account, nor within Credly. If this is still unresolved it's best to reach out to Credly directly https://support.credly.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
