I can't create an EC2 instance an EC2 instance because my account is not recognized.
I was finally assisted by the support department. In my case they had imposed a restriction to ensure the authenticity of my account. Following my complaint they took some actions and solved my problem.
J'ai finalement été assisté par le service support. dans mon cas il avait imposé une restriction pour s'assurer de l'authenticité de mon compte. Suite à ma réclamation ils ont menés certaines actions et résolu mon problème.
