An error message always shows on top of the WorkSpace service page, how to close it?

Generally, "An Error Has Occurred" is related to an API call returning something unhandled. Does the user or IAM Role you're logged in as have full IAM permissions? The browser console may give you more details about if an API call is returning a permissions issue that's leading to that error.

  • Yes, I have full IAM permission since I login with root user, first time I create a WorkSpace instance, browser console shows error I recreated then success, now I am able to use my WorkSpace instance with Mac client, but each time I navigate to WorkSpace service page, above error message shows, everything is ok but looks unreasonable.
