Does EC2 TrustStore feature support Lets Encrypts and ZeroSSL certificate?

Hi,

Can I use this feature to upload my client domain certificates? And this way, workaround the LB ACM limitation to 25 SSLs.

Thanks

An EC2 is a Linux or Windows box. Im not 100% sure if they do by default, however a Trust store can be updated by yourself by adding the CAs into the appropiate configuration files/locations.

However

Techincally you can get to 2500 Certs on an ALB.

  1. With ACM, you can have up to 100 SANs on an ACM Cert
  2. The ALB can have 25 Certs.

That gives you 2500 Certs..

  • Yes, but I need 100K domains. For the TrustStore I don't understand how AWS want me to upload the PEM files

  • Arh your question relates to ALB MTLS and not EC2s. In that case, the trust store for ALBs is only for mutal TLS not if your hosting Websites and want a cert for each website etc
