I cant upload to an elastic beanstalk environment

Question

I get the following error

Error when trying to upload and deploy new version to the environment
Environment named PW-OData-env is in an invalid state for this operation. Must be Ready.

Even though the environment is Green and Ready

Thanks for the info - i could see in CLoudFormation that the EBS instance create had failed - even though it was GREEN in the EBS environments view.

In the end all i could do to fix it was to terminate the EC2 & EBS instances and recreate them!
