Even though I created a global IAM role with both "AmazonS3FullAccess" and "AWSGlueServiceRole" policies, I am still unable to select the role from the dropdown menu when creating a Data Pipeline.

Ensure that the trust relationship Principal of pipeline role is data pipeline service.

Under Select your use case in the console, do one of the following:

• Choose Data Pipeline to create a pipeline role.
