It is possible to use an email address when logging in to AWS SSO (connected with Microsoft AD) instead of using an AD domain ID, but it depends on the configuration of your Microsoft AD and how it is integrated with AWS SSO.
Typically, when connecting to AWS SSO, you would use your AD domain credentials (username and password) to authenticate. But if you have configured your Microsoft AD to allow email addresses as usernames, then you can use your email address as the username when logging in to AWS SSO.
You should check with your AD administrator to confirm if email addresses are allowed as usernames and if they can be used to authenticate to AWS SSO. Also, ensure that your email address is properly synced with your AD domain id for successful authentication.
