I am not able upload a document or create any folder in DOCUMENT in ASW Blu Age Insight

  • Check with your IT if this is not blocked by your company policies.
  • Do you have any errors displayed in AWS Blu Insights UI or in the console (inspect the page)?
  • Did you try with different files?
  • In which service are you facing the issue (Codebase, To-Dos...)?

  • Since it was working fine for very long time there is no Company policy restriction. No error messages; Just a blank screen When tried under eu-central-1 it is working fine but it wasn't under eu-west-3
