Need Guidance on Integrating Web-RTC with Amazon Connect

3

Hi, I am currently working on a project that involves integrating Web-RTC with Amazon Connect, and I'm seeking some guidance and insights on how to approach this integration effectively.

Web-RTC Client : I have implemented a Web-RTC client application in java that captures audio from users' devices.

Amazon Connect : My Amazon Connect instance is set up and configured with the necessary resources for voice interactions.

What I Need Help With

  1. Establishing the connection between the Web-RTC client and Amazon Connect.
  2. Ensuring the compatibility of audio and video streams between the Web-RTC client and Amazon Connect.
  3. Other call control functions like initiating calls and routing calls within Amazon Connect.

Thank you in advance for your help.

We do not support this type of integration today. Amazon Connect is a managed service that can only receive calls over the PSTN. If you are working with an AWS account team, please ask them to create a feature request on your behalf, while providing all the business use case information, and the impact of not having this feature today.
